Dunsandel, Canterbury.  Concrete palm kernel bin on Dairy Farm.

250sqm.  A residential House in Lowburn, Cromwell.  A high stud, beautiful wooden flooring, fully centrally heated with fitted radiators, and extensive quality features. 


Built to fit into the natural landscape and to make the most of the beautiful surroundings.

210sqm.  A residential home in Pisa Moorings, Cromwell.  Wtih a wing roof and iron and weatherboard exterior.  

The big veranda gives shelter in both the summer and the winter.  

350sqm.  Residential home, near Wooing Tree in Cromwell.  

A great example of a modern house, with modern sloped roof, and ragged plaster exterior.  Extensive tiling inside gives it a Mediterranean flavour.

270sqm.  Residential home, in Cromwell.

Shadowclad and batten exterior, with schist chimney feature.  Again, a large veranda to make the most of the Central Otago climate.

22 Commercial Office/Retail units.  This was completed while Mark was Contracts Manager with CBD Construction Limited.  A light commercial building featuring tilt slab construction.

Although the work is not by Longsilver, it is an example of the work that Mark is capable of managing.

26 Retail/Office Units.  Again, this was work carried out when Mark was a Forman with CBD Construction Ltd.  A steel framed structure with extensive tinted glass curtain walls.

This type of fencing fits with natural beauty of Central Otago.  It doesn't interfere with views, and blends in nicely with the landscape surrounding the lake.
